Verde Sports Hub is at PIK 2, and the first thing to know is that PIK 2 is not in Jakarta. It is in Kosambi, Tangerang Regency, Banten — the venue's own terms name the Tangerang district court — even though several Indonesian guides file it under North Jakarta. The practical consequences are real: Jakarta's 10 per cent padel entertainment tax does not apply here, nor does the February 2026 residential-zone hours cap, and getting here from South or East Jakarta is a genuine drive on the Sedyatmo toll road.
The distinctive feature is the centre court. Verde's own booking site lists Padel and Padel Center Court as two separate categories — 'tournament atmosphere, every time you play' — which no other venue in this file does. Several venues have a court they call a centre court; this is the only one you can specifically buy. For an organiser running something with a final, that is a different proposition from hoping to be given the good court.
Padel sits inside a 2.7-hectare complex with two FIFA-standard football pitches, mini-soccer, badminton and basketball, facing the PIK2 green belt. Development was backed by the Spanish Embassy's commercial attaché and pitched as the area's first international-standard courts. Courts are covered and air-conditioned.
The court count is the honest gap here, and it is the reason this page carries no session plan. The venue publishes no number, and independent sources give two, three, four and thirteen — one directory managing three and thirteen on the same page. Four is the best-supported figure and is what appears above, but computing a session for sixteen players off a number nobody has confirmed would be the one page here built on a guess. Ask Verde how many courts you are getting.
Getting there
Salembaran, Kosambi, in Tangerang Regency, Banten — inside the PIK 2 CBD zone facing the green belt, near the Tokyo Riverside apartments. From central or south Jakarta it is the Sedyatmo toll road and a real journey, so build travel time into any evening booking. Note that several guides wrongly list this venue as being in North Jakarta.
Confirm the court count before you invite anyone. Published figures range from two to thirteen and the venue states none, so the size of session this venue supports is genuinely unknown until you ask.
Book the centre court explicitly. It is sold as its own category, which means for once a final can be played on the right court by arrangement rather than by luck.
There is no DKI entertainment tax here, being in Banten. Against a South Jakarta venue the saving is real, though the travel usually costs more than the tax.
The booking terms are the strictest on this list. Full prepayment, a QR code shown at the court, no cancellation, no changes for any reason, and bookings are non-transferable without written permission — so if your fourth drops out you cannot simply hand the slot on.
Events cannot be booked online at all. Anything beyond a normal session goes through Verde's marketing team with a signed, stamped agreement, so start that conversation weeks out rather than days.
If the power goes out you get a rescheduled slot, unless you have already played more than half your time, in which case the session counts as finished. And if Verde cancels on you, the refund is 90 per cent rather than all of it.
Common questions
- Is Verde Sports Hub in Jakarta?
- No. It is at PIK 2 in Kosambi, Tangerang Regency, Banten, and the venue's own terms name the Tangerang district court. Several guides list it as North Jakarta, which is wrong — and it means Jakarta's 10 per cent padel tax does not apply.
- How many padel courts does it have?
- The venue does not say, and independent sources give two, three, four and thirteen. Four has the most support and is what we list, but confirm directly before planning a session around it.
- Can we book the centre court?
- Yes — Verde sells Padel and Padel Center Court as separate booking categories, which makes it the only venue here where the show court can be booked deliberately rather than allocated.
