Dome Padel Tebet: a well-placed venue, and a name that belongs to somebody else too

Covered courts in Tebet, sitting usefully between Tebet, Menteng, Kuningan and the Casablanca corridor — and routinely confused with an entirely unrelated eight-court venue in Permata Hijau.

Dome Padel Tebet's strongest argument is where it is. Tebet Barat Dalam Raya puts it within a short drive of Tebet, Menteng, Kuningan and the Casablanca corridor at once, which in this city is worth more than an extra amenity — a group scattered across central and south Jakarta can actually all get here.

The name is a problem, and it is worth being blunt about it. There is a separate, unrelated venue called The Dome in Permata Hijau with eight courts to a well-known specification. They are different venues with different owners, different sizes and different prices, and search results mix them freely. If you have read that this venue has eight courts, you have read about the other one.

This page plans around two courts, which is the only independently attested figure — padellands.com lists two, and Ayo's booking flow does not publish a count. That is enough for session maths below: eight players on two courts is the natural group size here.

Booking is through Ayo. The floor shown there moves with demand and is not a rate card — ignore directory sites that quote a fixed tariff. Bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable, but you may reschedule once up to three days before, subject to court availability.

Getting there

Jl. Tebet Barat Dalam Raya No.2 in Tebet. The Tebet Barat Dalam streets are narrow and residential, so parking is on the street and tight — and this is not The Dome in Permata Hijau, which is a different venue on the other side of the city.

Running a session here

Dome Padel Tebet has 2 courts, and a 60-minute booking is the slot to plan around. That fixes almost everything else about the evening.

  • Bring 8 to 10 players. 8 is everyone on court every round; past that you are running a sit-out queue, which is fine but somebody has to track it.
  • Expect about 6 rounds once you take out warm-up and changeovers — play each to 21 points so every court finishes together and the scores stay comparable.
  • At 10 players, 2 people sit out each round. 2 courts tops out at 10 players before the sit-out queue is longer than the court time.

Formats that fit

  • Americano a full rotation at 8 players is 7 rounds and the booking holds 6, so you play a slice of it. Fine for an evening, but the standings are a snapshot rather than a complete table.
  • Mexicano re-pairs by the standings each round, so the games stay close. 6 rounds is enough for the table to mean something.
  • King of the Court winners move up a court, losers move down. Works from 4 rounds on 2 courts.

If you book fewer courts

Confirm the court count before you invite anyone. Two is the attested figure; if Ayo allocates more on the day, treat that as a bonus rather than something to plan around.

On two courts, eight is the group: two courts and an hour gives eight rounds at 16 points against the seven an Americano needs, which finishes a full rotation with a winner.

The location is the reason to choose this venue. For a group split between Tebet, Menteng, Kuningan and Casablanca, this is one of very few venues everybody can reach on a weekday evening.

Parking is street parking on narrow residential roads. For a group arriving in several cars, agree in advance who is driving and who is not.

Do not book on the assumption that this is the eight-court Dome. Confirm the address as Tebet Barat Dalam Raya, not Permata Hijau.

Being in a residential pocket makes the February 2026 hours cap live here. Check any evening slot directly.

Common questions

How many courts does Dome Padel Tebet have?
Two, based on padellands.com and the venue's Ayo listing — though Ayo itself does not publish a count. Ask directly if you need confirmation before planning a large session.
Is this the same as The Dome in Permata Hijau?
No. The Dome in Permata Hijau is an unrelated venue with eight courts and different owners. Search results conflate the two, so confirm you are booking the Tebet Barat Dalam Raya address.
What does it cost?
Ayo shows a floor of around Rp350.000 that moves with demand, and the venue publishes no rate card. Since 2024 a 10 per cent entertainment tax applies to padel in Jakarta, so confirm whether the quoted figure includes it.
Can a booking be moved?
It is non-refundable and non-cancellable, but you may reschedule once up to three days before, subject to court availability.
