Nine indoor courts on the Otto-Hahn-Straße in Dreieich: seven for doubles, two for singles, on artificial turf, open from 08:00 to 23:30 on weekdays. The Padellers run it pay-and-play with no membership, booked through their own site, with coaching, events and the league formats the brand runs at its other venues.

The reason it belongs on a Frankfurt list is geographic rather than administrative. Dreieich is its own town, south of the airport, about twenty minutes out — and every single padel court inside Frankfurt is open to the sky. In November, this is where the city plays, and the €20 weekday morning rate is the cheapest indoor hour in the region.

Getting there

Dreieich, south of Frankfurt beyond the airport, reachable by car or S-Bahn. It is out of town, and in exchange it is dry — the trade every Frankfurt group makes from October onwards.

Running a session here

The Padellers Frankfurt Dreieich has 7 courts, and a 60-minute booking is the slot to plan around. That fixes almost everything else about the evening.

  • Bring 28 to 37 players. 28 is everyone on court every round; past that you are running a sit-out queue, which is fine but somebody has to track it.
  • Expect about 6 rounds once you take out warm-up and changeovers — play each to 21 points so every court finishes together and the scores stay comparable.
  • At 37 players, 9 people sit out each round. 7 courts tops out at 37 players before the sit-out queue is longer than the court time.
  • The 2 singles courts are left out of those numbers — they seat two, so they take no round of a four-player rotation. Useful for a warm-up, or for whoever is sitting one out.

Formats that fit

  • Americano a full rotation at 28 players is 27 rounds and the booking holds 6, so you play a slice of it. Fine for an evening, but the standings are a snapshot rather than a complete table.
  • Mexicano re-pairs by the standings each round, so the games stay close. 6 rounds is enough for the table to mean something.
  • King of the Court needs about 14 rounds to climb 7 courts, and the booking gives 6.

If you book fewer courts

Seven doubles courts is twenty-eight players on court and a ceiling of thirty-seven. At twenty-eight the Americano needs twenty-seven rounds against the six an hour holds at 21 points, so this is Mexicano territory — one points target, set once, printed on every court.

The off-peak rate is the thing to organise around. €20 a court until 17:00 on a weekday against €32 after means seven courts cost €140 in the morning and €224 in the evening — an €84 difference on the same session, which for a group of twenty-eight is €3 a head.

Because it is indoors and everything in Frankfurt proper is not, this is the venue to hold in reserve. If your group plays outdoors in the city through the summer, the November booking wants to be here, and it wants to be made before everybody else has the same idea.
