Six courts under one roof in the north of Reinickendorf, five of them doubles and one a singles court. The building is the same one that opened as We Are Padel Berlin under the Swedish LeDap group, which is why half the internet still lists it under that name and why the sign, the booking site and your calendar invite may not agree. It is the same six courts either way.

Indoors is the point here. From November to March, Berlin's outdoor sites are a lottery — Padel Arena and BeachMitte both refund for rain — and this hall does not care what the weather is doing. A 07:00 opening is the other thing worth knowing: a doubles court before work is genuinely bookable here, which is rare in this city.

Getting there

The Märkisches Viertel is the far north end of the city and the venue is not on a rail line. U8 to Wittenau and a bus, or the free parking on site, which is the reason most groups drive. If half your group is coming from Mitte, budget forty minutes and pick a start time that isn't 18:00.

Running a session here

4Padel Berlin has 5 courts, and a 90-minute booking is the slot to plan around. That fixes almost everything else about the evening.

  • Bring 20 to 26 players. 20 is everyone on court every round; past that you are running a sit-out queue, which is fine but somebody has to track it.
  • Expect about 6 rounds once you take out warm-up and changeovers — play each to 32 points so every court finishes together and the scores stay comparable.
  • At 26 players, 6 people sit out each round. 5 courts tops out at 26 players before the sit-out queue is longer than the court time.
  • The singles court is left out of those numbers — it seats two, so it takes no round of a four-player rotation. Useful for a warm-up, or for whoever is sitting one out.

Formats that fit

  • Americano a full rotation at 20 players is 19 rounds and the booking holds 6, so you play a slice of it. Fine for an evening, but the standings are a snapshot rather than a complete table.
  • Mexicano re-pairs by the standings each round, so the games stay close. 6 rounds is enough for the table to mean something.
  • King of the Court needs about 10 rounds to climb 5 courts, and the booking gives 6.

If you book fewer courts

Five doubles courts is a comfortable twenty-player evening, which in Berlin is a large social group and a small company event. If you are the one collecting for the courts, the singles court is worth booking alongside them for anyone waiting: it costs less and it stops the sit-out queue from being the entire experience for two people.

Common questions

Is 4Padel Berlin the same place as We Are Padel Berlin?
Yes. The hall at Königshorster Str. 11-15 opened as We Are Padel Berlin and now trades as 4PADEL Berlin. Older directory entries, event invites and reviews use the previous name.
How many padel courts does 4Padel Berlin have?
Six indoor courts: five doubles and one singles. Five doubles courts put twenty players on court at once, which is the number to plan a social session around.
Can you play here in winter?
Yes — every court is indoors, which is the main reason to choose this venue over Berlin's larger outdoor sites between November and March.
