Ten courts, and the venue's own booking system names them in a way that tells you the shape of the place: Court 1, Court 2 PREMIUM, Court 3 PREMIUM, then Courts 4 through 9 and Padel 10, plus two separately bookable volley machines. They are MejorSet Grandslam panoramic courts on a Mondo carpet surface under LEDProject lighting, and the two Premium courts are built to FIP regulation and fitted with three-camera video for match analysis. Ten is corroborated by two independent trade reports at opening; the twelve one directory prints is inflation.
These are outdoor courts. Every source that addresses exposure says so and no venue surface claims indoor, covered or air-conditioned — worth being firm about, because the same operator has separately proposed covered rooftop courts on a Miami Beach garage, and that is a different project that must not attach here.
Membership is published and the benefit sheet is unusually detailed: $200 a month or $2,160 a year, valid at both its Miami and Boca Raton venues, carrying 20% off court bookings, a fourteen-day booking window against a non-member's three, five active reservations against two, weekday midday court and volley-machine access, unlimited cold plunge and a pro racket rental. Court rates themselves are not published — the grid exposed no priced slots on two separate checks — so this page does not guess. Clinics are $44 and $50, Americanos $54, and a sixteen-session kids package $615.
One deliberate choice worth knowing before you book coaching: Padel X does not name its coaches. Sessions are credited to "Elite Coach" and "Senior Coach", a tiering system rather than named individuals, with programming tightly banded by rating — mixed beginner at 1.5 to 1.9, high beginner 2.0 to 2.6, intermediate 3.4 to 3.9. The venue is the only Lacoste-partnered padel operation in the US, with the crocodile on the net posts and every item in the pro shop, and it hosted the first stop of the Rafa Nadal Academy's four-city padel tour.
Getting there
NE 13th Terrace in downtown Miami, next to the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, with free and private parking. This is the most central padel in the city after Real Padel, and the easiest to reach without a car.
Running a session here
Padel X Miami has 10 courts, and a 90-minute booking is the slot to plan around. That fixes almost everything else about the evening.
- Bring 40 to 53 players. 40 is everyone on court every round; past that you are running a sit-out queue, which is fine but somebody has to track it.
- Expect about 6 rounds once you take out warm-up and changeovers — play each to 32 points so every court finishes together and the scores stay comparable.
- At 53 players, 13 people sit out each round. 10 courts tops out at 53 players before the sit-out queue is longer than the court time.
Formats that fit
- Americano a full rotation at 40 players is 39 rounds and the booking holds 6, so you play a slice of it. Fine for an evening, but the standings are a snapshot rather than a complete table.
- Mexicano re-pairs by the standings each round, so the games stay close. 6 rounds is enough for the table to mean something.
- King of the Court needs about 20 rounds to climb 10 courts, and the booking gives 6.
| Courts | Everyone plays | Up to |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 4 | 5 |
| 2 | 8 | 10 |
| 3 | 12 | 16 |
| 4 | 16 | 21 |
| 5 | 20 | 26 |
| 6 | 24 | 32 |

| 10 | 40 | 53 |
Ten courts is forty players on court at once and fifty-three before the sit-out queue is the session. Nobody needs that — the useful half of this page is the court ladder below, which tells you what booking two or three does to your group size.
Ninety minutes gives six rounds to 32 points, and at forty players an Americano would need thirty-nine. Mexicano, one target, set once — or split the group across independent courts by level, which ten courts makes genuinely practical.
The two Premium courts are the ones to ask for if your group is playing anything that matters. FIP-regulation build plus three-camera video means a final you can actually watch back.
Non-members get a three-day booking window and two active reservations against a member's fourteen and five. For a group organizing more than three days out, somebody in the party needs to be a member or you are booking on the day.
Cancellation is twelve hours for members and twenty-four for non-members, which for a group booking means deciding the day before rather than the morning of.
No court rate is published. Budget from a phone call, not from the press figures, which are floor phrasings from secondary sources.
Common questions
- Are the courts indoors?
- No. All ten are outdoor. No venue surface claims indoor, covered or air-conditioned — a separate proposal for covered rooftop courts on Miami Beach is a different project.
- What is special about the Premium courts?
- Courts 2 and 3 are built to FIP regulation and fitted with three-camera video for match analysis. The other eight are MejorSet Grandslam panoramic courts on the same Mondo carpet surface.
- What does membership cost, and what does it buy?
- $200 a month or $2,160 a year, valid at its Miami and Boca Raton venues. It includes 20% off court bookings, a 14-day booking window against a non-member's 3, five active reservations, weekday midday court access and unlimited cold plunge.
- Who are the coaches?
- The venue deliberately does not name them — sessions are credited to "Elite Coach" and "Senior Coach" as a tiering system. Clinics are banded by rating, from mixed beginner at 1.5–1.9 up to intermediate at 3.4–3.9.
