The MS Padel is three international-standard courts on turf at the Ocean Walk block in the BSD central business district, on Jl. Pahlawan Seribu. Its own description is short and practical — padel courts in the CBD BSD area, with comfortable, clean bathrooms — and its position inside the office cluster explains 399 reviews at 4.91 on only three courts. Doors 06:00 to midnight seven days.
Rule one is printed in capitals and leaves nothing ambiguous: all bookings are final, cannot be rescheduled and are not refundable. That is stricter than most of BSD, several of which allow at least one move. Racket rental is Rp50.000 per booking and balls are not rented, so bring your own. Smoking and vaping are permitted, but only in the designated areas and with an explicit request to be mindful of others because the venue is family-friendly. - Bring 12 to 16 players. 12 is everyone on court every round; past that you are running a sit-out queue, which is fine but somebody has to track it.
- Expect about 6 rounds once you take out warm-up and changeovers — play each to 21 points so every court finishes together and the scores stay comparable.
- At 16 players, 4 people sit out each round. 3 courts tops out at 16 players before the sit-out queue is longer than the court time.
Formats that fit
- Americano a full rotation at 12 players is 11 rounds and the booking holds 6, so you play a slice of it. Fine for an evening, but the standings are a snapshot rather than a complete table.
- Mexicano re-pairs by the standings each round, so the games stay close. 6 rounds is enough for the table to mean something.
