ADA Padel calls itself a padel and pickleball venue in BSD City and means it literally: four padel courts named ADA Padel 1 through 4 on premium synthetic grass, and two pickleball courts sold from the same Ayo page. The pickleball rectangles are not a fifth and sixth padel court and will not take a fifth padel pair — worth saying out loud, because the booking list shows ADA Pickle 1 in the same column as the padel courts. Doors are 06:00 to midnight, every day.
The rules are unusually specific about time and money. A court not in use within thirty minutes of the start of the slot is forfeit. Every transaction on site is cashless — no cash is accepted at all, which catches out anyone planning to settle up in the car park. Play has to end and the court be cleared by 00:15, fifteen minutes after the last slot. No alcohol anywhere on the premises. Damage caused by carelessness is billed to the person who caused it. Weekday hours run Rp180.000 to Rp325.000; weekends top out lower, at Rp240.000.

BSD City Kavling Commercial Blok A16, BSD Lot 1, Lengkong Kulon, Pagedangan — the commercial strip on the Kabupaten Tangerang side of BSD. Car and motorbike both fine; the venue is a drive from Bintaro or Ciputat rather than a hop.
Running a session here
ADA Padel has 4 courts, and a 60-minute booking is the slot to plan around. That fixes almost everything else about the evening.
- Bring 16 to 21 players. 16 is everyone on court every round; past that you are running a sit-out queue, which is fine but somebody has to track it.
- Expect about 6 rounds once you take out warm-up and changeovers — play each to 21 points so every court finishes together and the scores stay comparable.
- At 21 players, 5 people sit out each round. 4 courts tops out at 21 players before the sit-out queue is longer than the court time.
Formats that fit
- Americano a full rotation at 16 players is 15 rounds and the booking holds 6, so you play a slice of it. Fine for an evening, but the standings are a snapshot rather than a complete table.
- Mexicano re-pairs by the standings each round, so the games stay close. 6 rounds is enough for the table to mean something.
- King of the Court needs about 8 rounds to climb 4 courts, and the booking gives 6.

Four padel courts is sixteen on court and a ceiling of twenty-one. An hour is six rounds to 21 — a Mexicano snapshot, not a finished sixteen-player Americano, which would want fifteen rounds.
Tell the group about the thirty-minute rule before you collect money. It is the only clause here that can lose the whole booking, and Jl. Raya Kadusirung traffic is what makes it real.
