The Edge: four courts, and a signed-in-advance waiver

The Edge Padel Hub has four courts at Jl. Pondok Cabe Raya no. 56 in Pondok Cabe Udik, on the Pamulang road that also carries Excellent Padel, SoraRooftopadl and Playdel. Its listing publishes weekend hours of 06:00 to 22:00 and leaves the weekday window blank, so confirm before planning a Tuesday session. It is a young venue with no review average yet.

What the venue does publish at length is its terms, and they are the most legally worded in this city: booking here is taken as reading, understanding and accepting that padel carries a risk of injury, that every injury risk during play rests with the player, that the venue is not responsible for injury, lost property or any other loss, that damage to facilities — broken glass, a damaged net, any other equipment — is the player's to replace at cost, and that the player waives the right to sue the venue as far as the law allows. The operational rules alongside are the local standard: arrive on time, no cancellations or refunds, a technical fault at the venue's end gets a reschedule rather than money back, no food, drink, gum, smoking or spitting on court, no sandals or bare feet, no alcohol, drugs or weapons, no pets, and children supervised. Weekends are Rp200.000 an hour.

Four courts is sixteen on court and a ceiling of twenty-one. An hour gives six rounds to 21, which is a Mexicano; a sixteen-player Americano would need fifteen.

Check the weekday hours before you invite anyone. The listing publishes only the weekend window, and Pondok Cabe Raya has three alternatives if it is shut.
