Padel Estate is four premium courts in the middle of Emerald Bintaro, on Jl. Setu Raya in Parigi, with Smoking Barrels Courtside supplying the food and drink before and after a game. The venue's own list of what it offers is short and domestic: high-quality courts, comfortable facilities, clean and well-maintained restrooms, and a musholla. It holds 4.81 across a handful of reviews and keeps shorter hours than most of Pondok Aren, 08:00 to 22:00.
Its booking policy is one of the more workable in this city. Confirmed bookings are non-refundable, but a reschedule is permitted once per booking, up to three days ahead — three times twenty-four hours, in the venue's own phrasing. Court reservations must go through the Ayo app and nowhere else; the venue disclaims responsibility for anything booked through a third party. The smoking rule is split by product and by place: vaping and IQOS in the designated seating and lounge area only and never on court, cigarettes and cigars only in the smoking area beside Smoking Barrels. Ball machines need prior written approval. The rate is Rp275.000 an hour on both bands.

Running a session here
Padel Estate has 4 courts, and a 60-minute booking is the slot to plan around. That fixes almost everything else about the evening.
- Bring 16 to 21 players. 16 is everyone on court every round; past that you are running a sit-out queue, which is fine but somebody has to track it.
- Expect about 6 rounds once you take out warm-up and changeovers — play each to 21 points so every court finishes together and the scores stay comparable.
- At 21 players, 5 people sit out each round. 4 courts tops out at 21 players before the sit-out queue is longer than the court time.
Formats that fit
- Americano a full rotation at 16 players is 15 rounds and the booking holds 6, so you play a slice of it. Fine for an evening, but the standings are a snapshot rather than a complete table.
- Mexicano re-pairs by the standings each round, so the games stay close. 6 rounds is enough for the table to mean something.
- King of the Court needs about 8 rounds to climb 4 courts, and the booking gives 6.

Four courts is sixteen on court and a ceiling of twenty-one. An hour is six rounds to 21 — plan a Mexicano; a sixteen-player Americano would want fifteen.
The 22:00 close is the constraint here. A two-hour session has to start by 20:00, which is earlier than the Pagedangan halls allow.
