The rulebook is organised into eight headed sections and one of them is the clause to read before you plan anything ambitious: coaching, events, gatherings and tournaments all require prior approval from Verdeya's management. Elsewhere it is careful rather than strict — the court is for padel and nothing else, proper sportswear and non-marking shoes, book through the system and arrive at least ten minutes early, the duration is what your reservation says and lateness adds nothing, respect the players and the staff, keep the place clean and report damage, no smoking in the court area and no pets. Running a session here
Verdeya Padel has 2 courts, and a 60-minute booking is the slot to plan around. That fixes almost everything else about the evening.
- Bring 8 to 10 players. 8 is everyone on court every round; past that you are running a sit-out queue, which is fine but somebody has to track it.
- Expect about 6 rounds once you take out warm-up and changeovers — play each to 21 points so every court finishes together and the scores stay comparable.
- At 10 players, 2 people sit out each round. 2 courts tops out at 10 players before the sit-out queue is longer than the court time.
Formats that fit
- Americano a full rotation at 8 players is 7 rounds and the booking holds 6, so you play a slice of it. Fine for an evening, but the standings are a snapshot rather than a complete table.
- Mexicano re-pairs by the standings each round, so the games stay close. 6 rounds is enough for the table to mean something.
- King of the Court winners move up a court, losers move down. Works from 4 rounds on 2 courts.

Two courts is eight on court and ten with a pair rotating in. An hour at eight played to 16 is a complete Americano, and at Rp125.000 on a weekday it is one of the cheapest full rotations in the city.
If the plan is a coached session, a tournament or a birthday gathering, clear it with the venue first. Verdeya asks for management approval on all four in writing, so an organiser who just books a court may find the extras refused.
Ten minutes early is written into the rules. On two courts with eight people that is the difference between eight rounds and seven.
