INI Padel Club is in the Peninsula commercial block on Jl. Raya Bojongsari in Serua, Sawangan, and it is the only venue in this city that tells you what its floor is made of. Three premium indoor courts, built, it says, to the same world-class specification as International Premier Padel courts, on artificial turf specified at 13500 dtex and 46,200 stitches per square metre, under low-glare LED lighting. The venue's framing of the building is community and comfort — a venue for playing and for hanging about afterwards — and it opens at 08:00, later than most of Depok, closing at 22:00 both halves of the week.
The rules are the most explicit about money in the city. Reservations are non-cancelable and non-refundable; lateness earns no compensation; shoes must be clean before you go on. Then a clause that itemises what negligence costs: a replacement fee for breaking a glass wall, breaking a racket, tearing the net or tearing the turf. No leaning on or knocking the glass, no throwing a racket at it, no spitting or gum, and the venue reserves the right to stop a session for disruptive behaviour. - At 16 players, 4 people sit out each round. 3 courts tops out at 16 players before the sit-out queue is longer than the court time.
Formats that fit
- Americano a full rotation at 12 players is 11 rounds and the booking holds 6, so you play a slice of it. Fine for an evening, but the standings are a snapshot rather than a complete table.
- Mexicano re-pairs by the standings each round, so the games stay close. 6 rounds is enough for the table to mean something.

Three courts is twelve on court and sixteen at the ceiling. An hour at twelve is six rounds of Mexicano, not a completed Americano; the 22:00 close means 20:00 is the last start that leaves room for two.
Flat Rp150.000 across the week makes the per-person maths trivial: twelve players over three courts is one figure divided twelve ways, whatever day the group finally agrees on.
Brief the group on the breakage clause. This is the one Depok venue that lists the price of hitting the glass, and 'don't lean on it' is cheaper said in the chat than at reception.
