Treeside Courts describes itself as a contemporary racquet sports venue in Cibubur, Jakarta — and its address is Jl. Raya Kalimanggis in Jatikarya, Kota Bekasi. Cibubur straddles that boundary and this is the Bekasi side of it, which is worth knowing if you are searching one city and driving in the other. The site is five super-panoramic padel courts plus one recreational indoor tennis court, a café and drinks bar, racket rental and balls for sale, air-conditioned locker rooms with showers, amenities and hairdryers, towel rental, a designated smoking area, and parking for up to seventy cars. It closes at 22:00, earlier than almost every other venue in this city. 4.81 across 72 reviews.
The rulebook is nine sections and one of them changes how an organiser uses this venue: private events, commercial activities and organised group bookings all require prior approval from management. A twenty-player session booked as five consecutive slots in an app is, on the venue's own terms, something to clear first. Beyond that: sessions run strictly as booked and late arrivals do not extend them, check in at reception ten minutes early, shirt and non-marking shoes on court, only padel or tennis rackets, no food, gum or glass on court and only sealed or spill-proof drinks, no outside food or drink at all, no pets, spectators in the designated areas, children supervised, parking at your own risk. It ends with a line about reserving the right to remove anyone who does not align with the environment the venue upholds.
Getting there
Jl. Kav. Pertamina, Jl. Raya Kalimanggis, Jatikarya, Jatisampurna. Neighborhaus is on the same Kalimanggis road and Mingle, Packle Zone, Padeloma and Court Dept Signature complete the Cibubur cluster. Seventy car spaces is the most generous parking in this part of the city.
Running a session here
Treeside Courts has 5 courts, and a 60-minute booking is the slot to plan around. That fixes almost everything else about the evening.
- Bring 20 to 26 players. 20 is everyone on court every round; past that you are running a sit-out queue, which is fine but somebody has to track it.
- Expect about 6 rounds once you take out warm-up and changeovers — play each to 21 points so every court finishes together and the scores stay comparable.
- At 26 players, 6 people sit out each round. 5 courts tops out at 26 players before the sit-out queue is longer than the court time.
Formats that fit
- Americano a full rotation at 20 players is 19 rounds and the booking holds 6, so you play a slice of it. Fine for an evening, but the standings are a snapshot rather than a complete table.
- Mexicano re-pairs by the standings each round, so the games stay close. 6 rounds is enough for the table to mean something.
- King of the Court needs about 10 rounds to climb 5 courts, and the booking gives 6.
| Courts | Everyone plays | Up to |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 4 | 5 |
| 2 | 8 | 10 |
| 3 | 12 | 16 |
| 4 | 16 | 21 |
| 5 | 20 | 26 |
Five courts is twenty on court and a ceiling of twenty-six. An hour is six rounds to 21 — a Mexicano.
Ring first if you are bringing a group. The venue requires prior approval for organised group bookings, so twenty people arriving off five app slots is not the intended route.
22:00 close. The last full hour is 21:00, which for a Cibubur group coming from work is tighter than the midnight venues elsewhere in Bekasi.
Balls are sold rather than rented, and rackets are rented. Nobody has to arrive equipped, which at twenty players is worth knowing.
