Agafi Court Padel is the one Bekasi venue whose court list is not all one thing. Courts A, B, C and D are indoor; Court E is outdoor, and rather than leave that as a risk the venue publishes what happens: if it rains before you have played forty-five minutes you may move indoors where a court is free, or reschedule to a time you agree together. That policy is the reason to read this listing rather than skim it. The venue calls itself a social padel hub and means it — lounge and VIP lounge, café, kids venue and mini playground, co-working space, luxury shower rooms, racket and ball rental, and coaching for beginners as well as regulars. Qales Pilates Studio, a reformer studio, shares the site. The listing carries 4.97 across 213 reviews.
The house rules are the long kind and a few of them are unusual. Photographing or filming other players or the courts without permission is banned outright. Spitting, hitting the glass with a racket and similar destruction is charged at the cost of the damage. No outside food at all, and no eating on court. No pets, no gum, no smoking, nothing in glass. Management's decisions are stated to be final and non-negotiable.
Getting there
Jl. Mustika Jaya, Cimuning, Kec. Mustika Jaya — the eastern edge of Kota Bekasi, closer to Cibitung than to the city centre. East Play Club and Hans Padel Court are the other Cimuning bookings. Car and motorbike parking are both on the listing.
Running a session here
Agafi Court Padel & Qales Pilates Studio has 5 courts, and a 60-minute booking is the slot to plan around. That fixes almost everything else about the evening.
- Bring 20 to 26 players. 20 is everyone on court every round; past that you are running a sit-out queue, which is fine but somebody has to track it.
- Expect about 6 rounds once you take out warm-up and changeovers — play each to 21 points so every court finishes together and the scores stay comparable.
- At 26 players, 6 people sit out each round. 5 courts tops out at 26 players before the sit-out queue is longer than the court time.
Formats that fit
- Americano a full rotation at 20 players is 19 rounds and the booking holds 6, so you play a slice of it. Fine for an evening, but the standings are a snapshot rather than a complete table.
- Mexicano re-pairs by the standings each round, so the games stay close. 6 rounds is enough for the table to mean something.
- King of the Court needs about 10 rounds to climb 5 courts, and the booking gives 6.
| Courts | Everyone plays | Up to |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 4 | 5 |
| 2 | 8 | 10 |
| 3 | 12 | 16 |
| 4 | 16 | 21 |
| 5 | 20 | 26 |
Five courts is twenty on court and a ceiling of twenty-six. An hour gives six rounds to 21, which is a Mexicano, and twenty players will not finish an Americano rotation inside it.
If you book Court E, tell the group about the forty-five-minute rain rule before they leave the house. It is the difference between a wasted trip and a moved booking.
The mini playground and kids venue are the reason this is the Bekasi venue to pick when half the group is bringing children who are not playing.
Common questions
- Is Agafi indoor or outdoor?
- Both. Courts A to D are indoor and Court E is outdoor, which is why the venue publishes a rain policy for it.
- What happens if it rains during an outdoor session?
- Under forty-five minutes played, the venue offers a move to an indoor court if one is free, or a reschedule to an agreed time.
