Timur Social Club has two courts, Arka and Pavana, and sells the lounge around them as hard as the turf: a premium padel destination for playing, connecting and staying a while. It rents rackets, and in-house coaching can be booked up to two days before play through WhatsApp or Instagram DM — the H-2 lead time is stated rather than left to chance, which is useful if the session is a lesson. It sits on Jl. Bintara Jaya in Bintara, the Jakarta-facing edge of Bekasi Barat, open 06:00 to midnight, at Rp195.000 or Rp300.000 an hour on a weekday and Rp300.000 at the weekend. 4.9 across 71 reviews.
The rules run to nine sections and clause two is the specific one. If a technical problem at the venue's end — court repairs, a power cut — stops you playing, your slot is replaced the following week subject to court availability, and a cash refund is explicitly not available. Most venues in this city say 'subject to availability' and leave it vague; this one names the week. Beyond that: arrive on time with no extension, nothing on court but bottled water and tumblers, no gum, smoking or spitting courtside, no drugs or alcohol anywhere, no weapons, and any violence or disturbance means being cleared out of the venue without exception. Sports shoes are compulsory — no sandals, no bare feet.
Getting there

Running a session here
Timur Social Club has 2 courts, and a 60-minute booking is the slot to plan around. That fixes almost everything else about the evening.
- Bring 8 to 10 players. 8 is everyone on court every round; past that you are running a sit-out queue, which is fine but somebody has to track it.
- Expect about 6 rounds once you take out warm-up and changeovers — play each to 21 points so every court finishes together and the scores stay comparable.
- At 10 players, 2 people sit out each round. 2 courts tops out at 10 players before the sit-out queue is longer than the court time.
Formats that fit
- Americano a full rotation at 8 players is 7 rounds and the booking holds 6, so you play a slice of it. Fine for an evening, but the standings are a snapshot rather than a complete table.
- Mexicano re-pairs by the standings each round, so the games stay close. 6 rounds is enough for the table to mean something.
- King of the Court winners move up a court, losers move down. Works from 4 rounds on 2 courts.
| Courts | Everyone plays | Up to |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 4 | 5 |
| 2 | 8 | 10 |
Two courts is eight on court and a ceiling of ten. Six rounds to 21 in an hour against the seven an eight-player Americano wants — two hours, or a Mexicano.
Coaching needs booking two days out. If the plan involves a coach for eight, that is the deadline to work back from.
If the venue's own equipment fails, you get next week rather than a refund. Worth saying to a group that has already collected the money.
