Loxus: three open-air courts, and ten sections of rules

Loxus Padel Galaxy sells air. Its own line is 'Feel the open-air padel experience' and it describes its three super-panoramic courts as semi-outdoor, even though the Ayo listing tags them indoor — in a city where the reviews at the big halls keep complaining about the heat, that is a real difference and worth confirming for a midday booking. It also has the most detailed rulebook of any venue in Bekasi, ten numbered sections, and three lines in it change how you organise. Cancellations must be made at least forty-eight hours ahead to avoid charges — the only cancellation window with real time in it anywhere in this city, where most venues simply refuse. Only players listed in the booking may use the court, so a substitute is not automatically fine. And a single-court booking is steered to Court A or Court C unless another court is already reserved. Beyond that: check in at reception, arrive ten minutes early, shirts on, non-marking padel or tennis shoes, only approved rackets and balls, no food or gum on court and no glass, spectators outside the playing area, and a weather policy under which management can suspend play and offer credit or a reschedule.

Three courts is twelve on court and a ceiling of sixteen. An hour is six rounds to 21 — a Mexicano.

This is the one Bekasi venue where a cancellation is possible: forty-eight hours ahead, without charge. If the twelve are not confirmed, book here rather than somewhere that takes the money whatever happens.

Only the players named on the booking may play. If your group swaps people in on the day, tell the venue rather than assuming.
