GAVECourt is worth a page for one claim: air conditioning. Almost every 'indoor' court in Bekasi is a roof, which is why reviews at the bigger halls keep using the word panas — and this venue's own copy says its padel court is temperature-controlled, describing it as the first air-conditioned padel court in Bekasi, with a professional surface and optimal lighting. There are two padel courts, on premium synthetic grass, inside the G'Avenue block on Jl. KH. Noer Ali in Pekayon Jaya. It carries 4.82 across 97 reviews.

The same floor holds a pickleball court, which the venue bills as the first glow-in-the-dark one in Indonesia and sells with two paddles and a ball included. It is not a third padel court and no rotation should count it. That distinction also explains the rate card, which looks strange until you split it: the Rp79.000 to Rp99.000 lines are pickleball, and a padel hour sits in the Rp210.937 to Rp318.750 band — the most expensive court in this city, which is roughly what cooling a glass box in Bekasi costs. Hours are 08:00 to 22:00, shorter at both ends than the midnight venues, and the facilities are mall-block ones: hot showers, changing room, toilets, snacks and drinks, no mushola and no car park of its own.

Getting there

Jl. KH. Noer Ali, Pekayon Jaya — the G'Avenue block, L1 extension B-C. That is a shopping address rather than a venue address, so use the mall parking. Dr Padel Court and AF Padel Metropolitan Mall are the other Pekayon Jaya bookings.

Running a session here

GAVECourt has 2 courts, and a 60-minute booking is the slot to plan around. That fixes almost everything else about the evening.

  • Bring 8 to 10 players. 8 is everyone on court every round; past that you are running a sit-out queue, which is fine but somebody has to track it.
  • Expect about 6 rounds once you take out warm-up and changeovers — play each to 21 points so every court finishes together and the scores stay comparable.
  • At 10 players, 2 people sit out each round. 2 courts tops out at 10 players before the sit-out queue is longer than the court time.

Formats that fit

  • Americano a full rotation at 8 players is 7 rounds and the booking holds 6, so you play a slice of it. Fine for an evening, but the standings are a snapshot rather than a complete table.
  • Mexicano re-pairs by the standings each round, so the games stay close. 6 rounds is enough for the table to mean something.
  • King of the Court winners move up a court, losers move down. Works from 4 rounds on 2 courts.

If you book fewer courts

Two padel courts is eight on court and a ceiling of ten. Six rounds to 21 in an hour, one short of the seven an eight-player Americano needs.

Do not count the pickleball court. It is a different sport on a smaller rectangle and it will not take a third pair of padel players.

This is the booking for a midday session in the dry season. It is also the priciest hour in Bekasi, so decide which of those two facts matters more to your group.

Common questions

How many padel courts does GAVECourt have?
Two, both air-conditioned. The glow-in-the-dark pickleball court on the same floor is a separate sport, not a third padel court.
Why is it more expensive than other Bekasi venues?
It is the one listing here that says its padel courts are air-conditioned rather than simply roofed, and a padel hour is priced accordingly.
