What is concrete is the useful part — five world-class courts, open daily 6AM to midnight, easy access from the city centre, and directions given the way Bekasi actually gives them: next to the Toton Baho Grand Ballroom, directly across the road from Holland Bakery, Pekayon. The venue rules are structured in eight parts and two of them matter to a group. All bookings are final and non-refundable, and rescheduling only happens if the court becomes unavailable for reasons at the venue's end. Studs, cleats, spiked shoes, sandals and metal accessories are all refused on court, smoking is prohibited rather than corralled into an area, and outside food and drink stay out of the court area. Rented equipment has to come back or be paid for, and photographing other people needs their consent.

Five courts is twenty on court and a ceiling of twenty-six. An hour is six rounds to 21, which is a Mexicano; a twenty-player Americano wants nineteen rounds and will not get them.
