Padel Hub - BSD is at Commercial Avani Lot 1 on Jalan Raya Cisauk in Sampora, Kecamatan Cisauk, and introduces itself plainly: a padel facility in BSD offering five courts built for a comfortable game, each with a smooth, level surface and lighting good enough for day or night. Courts run 07:00 to 23:00 and 195 reviewers have it at 4.94, one of the stronger samples in this bucket. Skoya Padel Club is the other five-court hall in the same kecamatan.

Its ten numbered rules are the most operationally honest in this bucket, because rule two describes failure: if a technical problem on the operator's side — court repairs, a power cut — stops you playing, your slot is replaced the following week subject to availability, and not in cash. The rest is punctuality with no extension, no outside food or drink on court, no gum, no smoking or spitting, no drugs or alcohol, no weapons, proper padel shoes rather than sandals, and personal belongings as the player's own responsibility.

Getting there

Jalan Raya Cisauk, Commercial Avani Lot 1, Kelurahan Sampora, Kecamatan Cisauk. This is the BSD side of the Tangerang bucket — closer to the Cisauk station and the BSD grid than to Kota Tangerang. Car and motorbike parking listed.

Running a session here

Padel Hub - BSD has 5 courts, and a 60-minute booking is the slot to plan around. That fixes almost everything else about the evening.

  • Bring 20 to 26 players. 20 is everyone on court every round; past that you are running a sit-out queue, which is fine but somebody has to track it.
  • Expect about 6 rounds once you take out warm-up and changeovers — play each to 21 points so every court finishes together and the scores stay comparable.
  • At 26 players, 6 people sit out each round. 5 courts tops out at 26 players before the sit-out queue is longer than the court time.

Formats that fit

  • Americano a full rotation at 20 players is 19 rounds and the booking holds 6, so you play a slice of it. Fine for an evening, but the standings are a snapshot rather than a complete table.
  • Mexicano re-pairs by the standings each round, so the games stay close. 6 rounds is enough for the table to mean something.
  • King of the Court needs about 10 rounds to climb 5 courts, and the booking gives 6.

If you book fewer courts

Five courts is twenty on court and a ceiling of twenty-six. An hour is six rounds to 21 — a Mexicano; a twenty-player Americano's nineteen rounds needs a much longer booking.

The 23:00 close is an hour tighter than the Gading Serpong halls. Last useful start for twenty people including a warm-up is 21:00.
