For a two-court venue in the middle of the Lippo grid, that is a straightforward proposition.
The house rules read as though a different venue wrote them, and an organiser should get through them before promising anyone anything. Booking goes through the Ayo app and nowhere else. It is final — no reschedule and no refund once made, and arriving late buys no extra minutes. Management may move a regular slot for a tournament or an official event. Private coaching, or bringing your own coach, needs permission first; so does anything occupying the communal area, down to a booth or a stall. - Bring 8 to 10 players. 8 is everyone on court every round; past that you are running a sit-out queue, which is fine but somebody has to track it.
- Expect about 6 rounds once you take out warm-up and changeovers — play each to 21 points so every court finishes together and the scores stay comparable.
- At 10 players, 2 people sit out each round. 2 courts tops out at 10 players before the sit-out queue is longer than the court time.
Formats that fit
- Americano a full rotation at 8 players is 7 rounds and the booking holds 6, so you play a slice of it. Fine for an evening, but the standings are a snapshot rather than a complete table.
- Mexicano re-pairs by the standings each round, so the games stay close. 6 rounds is enough for the table to mean something.
- King of the Court winners move up a court, losers move down. Works from 4 rounds on 2 courts.

Two courts is eight on court and a ceiling of ten. Eight in an hour is six rounds to 21, one short of the seven a full Americano at eight wants, so book two hours if the rotation has to close.
Nothing about this booking is movable: Ayo app only, no refund, no reschedule, no compensation for lost minutes. Confirm the eight before paying, and warn them the venue itself may shift the slot for a tournament.

- No. The rules say bookings are made through the Ayo app, are final, and late arrival gets no extra time. Management may reschedule for an official event.
- Can we bring a coach?
