- Mexicano re-pairs by the standings each round, so the games stay close. 6 rounds is enough for the table to mean something.

Three courts is twelve on court and a ceiling of sixteen, four resting each round at the top. An hour is six rounds to 21 — enough for a Mexicano, not enough for a twelve-player Americano's eleven.
