Harapan Jaya Padel — Harpac on its own signage — calls itself the newest sport centre in Cibinong, on Jalan Raya Cikaret No. 93, and says the thing that actually matters about a Kabupaten address: it is easy to get to. Two courts, both described as quality panoramic centre courts on premium turf, open 07:00 to 22:00 in one-hour slots. Rp120.000 on a weekday and Rp160.000 at the weekend. It rates 4.85 across 67 reviews.

Two of the rules are worth knowing before you arrive rather than at the counter. The venue takes no cash at all — every transaction is QRIS or cashless — and bringing your own coaching kit, a ball basket in particular, is charged at Rp50.000. Players are asked to arrive at least ten minutes early and told plainly that being late does not extend the session. No smoking in the air-conditioned toilets or anywhere in the venue, no heels or dress shoes on court, non-marking sports shoes only, and any commercial event needs management approval. Spitting, throwing a racket at the glass or leaving gum on the turf is charged as damage.

Getting there

Cikaret is on the southern side of Cibinong, off the Jl Raya Bogor corridor and near the Cibinong government complex. From Kota Bogor it is a run out along the old Jakarta road; from Depok it is closer than the city is.

Running a session here

Harapan Jaya Padel (Harpac) has 2 courts, and a 60-minute booking is the slot to plan around. That fixes almost everything else about the evening.

  • Bring 8 to 10 players. 8 is everyone on court every round; past that you are running a sit-out queue, which is fine but somebody has to track it.
  • Expect about 6 rounds once you take out warm-up and changeovers — play each to 21 points so every court finishes together and the scores stay comparable.
  • At 10 players, 2 people sit out each round. 2 courts tops out at 10 players before the sit-out queue is longer than the court time.

Formats that fit

  • Americano a full rotation at 8 players is 7 rounds and the booking holds 6, so you play a slice of it. Fine for an evening, but the standings are a snapshot rather than a complete table.
  • Mexicano re-pairs by the standings each round, so the games stay close. 6 rounds is enough for the table to mean something.
  • King of the Court winners move up a court, losers move down. Works from 4 rounds on 2 courts.

If you book fewer courts

Two courts is eight on court and a ceiling of ten. The hour gives six rounds to 21 and eight players need seven for a full Americano, so it lands one short.

No cash means everyone needs a working QRIS app before they arrive, which is worth putting in the group message.

If your coach brings a ball basket, that is Rp50.000 on top. Cheaper to book the venue's own coaching if it fits.

Common questions

Does Harpac take cash?
No. The house rules state that no cash is accepted — all payments are QRIS or otherwise cashless.
Can we bring our own training equipment?
You can, but bringing your own coaching kit such as a ball basket carries a Rp50.000 charge.
